Here you'll find information about Claire's diet as she prepares for bodybuilding and fitness figure competitions.

 

As I am now fortunate enough to be a Reflex sponsored athlete I have switched all supplements to their current range. Below is a list of what I will be taking and when.  You can follow my progress with this fantastic range on my blog.

 

Meal 1

  • 100g Oats
  • Homemade Fruit Smoothie with Reflex Natural Whey (2 scoops)      
  • Reflex Glucosamine x 1
  • Reflex CLA x 2


Meal 2

  • 5 Whole Egg
  • Wholemeal Pitta Veg 
  • 2 Kre-Alkalyn Capsules

Meal 3

Meal 4

  • 5 Whole Eggs
  • Wholemeal Pitta Veg
  • 2 Kre-Alkalyn
